Welcome to Mindful in MN.  A site to learn about and practice a variety of mindfulness techniques. 

Katie Dodd is a Licensed Mindfulness Instructor, Licensed Educator, Cognitive Coach and Mom.  She created Mindful in MN due to the growing interest in incorporating mindfulness techniques into our daily lives at home work, school, activites and sports. 

This site contains a variety of mindfulness techniques that could be beneficial to you, your company, your school, your team and family.
