When eating just eat. This is a true challenge for me, I am often eating and.....
I look forward to intentionally pausing and trying to just focus on what I am eating, tasting, touching, smelling, seeing. I love to eat but often don't focus on eating. My family and I are going to put post-its in a variety of different places saying Just Eat as reminders to just eat. Ingrained habits are challenging to break so I am fortunate to be doing this one with the whole family so we can help each other with loving kindness.
