Mindful Activity of the Week~ Gratitude at the End of the Day
The plan of attack for this weeks is to create a list of 5 things that happened that day which you are thankful for. At the end of the week read your whole list and if you feel up to it share your list with someone. Here is the start of my list for today. Just creating the list made me smile. I can't wait to hear the things my husband and kids come up with for the week.
